7-Day Return Policy

At Toys4Think, we offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the process, please contact us at sales@toys4think.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom products, including special orders.
• Perishable items, such as consumable toys or edible kits.
• Health and hygiene-related products, such as baby care or personal care items.
• Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your current item (once authorized) and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refund Process
